Each individual company is legally responsible for its own operations and has an independent profit responsibility.
The group has established general guidelines in areas where it is important to safeguard commercial considerations, external requirements and the group's social responsibilities, and companies are followed up through the group's internal reporting, internal audits, routines for risk management and the internal governance structure.
Moelven governs the group in accordance with the Code of Practice for Corporate Governance, issued by the Norwegian Corporate Governance Board (NUES).
