Moelven Wood takes over the operation of Moelven Tom Heurlin AB

The planing mill Moelven Tom Heurlin in Ånimskog is being absorbed into Moelven Wood Sverige and becoming a production unit under Notnäs Moelven Wood AB.

Moelven acquires DLH's Swedish operations

The acquisition of DLH's Swedish operations will bring strong growth for Moelven Wood in Sweden. Specifically, it provides a local presence in Skåne and the southern parts of Sweden.

Moelven earned NOK 66 million

The Group's operating result for the third quarter dropped by 17.4 per cent to NOK 66 million, compared to NOK 80 million for the corresponding period in 2015.

In 2015 the Moelven Group improved its underlying operations by NOK 50 million and achieved an operating result of NOK 215 million.

Good results for Moelven

Moelven earned NOK 80 million from operations in Q3 and improved the result by NOK 62 million compared to the same period the previous year.

Morten Kristiansen becomes CEO of Moelven

Morten Kristiansen has been appointed the chief executive of Moelven Industrier ASA. Kristiansen has been the acting chief executive for a year, after the previous chief executive, Hans Rindal, stepped down last autumn.

Moelven earned NOK 48 million

This year, Moelven’s second quarter profits from its operations amounted to NOK 48 million. That is 35 million less than in the corresponding period last year. But before impairments and cost corrections, underlying operations showed an improved performance.

Moelven posted a NOK 22 million profit on the company's operations during the first quarter

The NOK 22 million operating profit in Q1 is down NOK 32 million compared to Q1 2014.
