Moelven Byggmodul AS designs and produces Norwegian quality modules made of wood. The modules become safe and solid modular buildings such as schools, kindergartens, offices, hotels, student housing, nursery homes, multi-family houses and apartment buildings.
The production of wood-based modules takes place in our factory in Moelv in Norway. While groundwork is being carried out at the construction site, we can produce modules with a high degree of completion, at indoors production conditions.
In the factory, professionals in construction, HVAC, electrical, automation, locks, and fittings collaborate. Robots that prepare materials and industrial production indoors in the factory are some of the advantages of choosing modular construction.
When the modules are lifted from the factory line and onto trailers, much of the inventory is already in place. It is quite common for kitchen fittings with appliances, wardrobes, beds with mattresses, desks, TVs, sofas and complete bathrooms to be in place when the modules arrive at the construction site somewhere in Norway or Europe.
When the modules are transported to the construction site, everything is set up for assembly and completion of the building to happen in a very efficient manner.
