Moelven ByggModul builds, mainly in collaboration with customers, apartments up to four storeys, but also some terraced houses and holiday apartments. The apartments are delivered from the factory with the kitchen and bathroom fittings pre-installed, and the bathroom already tiled.
A high level of prefabrication at the factory reduces the risk and the work required at the construction site.
